Services & booking conditions

Villa rental at Domaine Louise includes the following services:

• Fresh floral arrangements on arrival
• Villa stocked with our welcome kit: local Côtes de Provence wines, soft drinks, water, fruit juices, coffee, tea, basic groceries, basic consumables, linen.
• BVLGARI courtesy products
• Private safe in each room
• Concierge service
• Security service
• Garden and pool maintenance
• Housekeeping:
  • Our housekeeping service includes an average of 1 hour per room per day by one of our housekeepers, including cleaning of the living areas and pool house.
  • The bedrooms and bath linen are changed once a week, mid-week.
  • Cleaning on departure is also included.

Villa rental does not include tourist taxes at the rate of 4.75€ per day per person over 12 years old.

We also provide you with the detailed rates for all the additional and outsourced services with our exclusive partners, to make sure your stay is organised in the best and most tailor-made way:

• Transfers from the airport by helicopter (private helipad on our site) or by car with driver.
• Rental of our boat from the marina in Cavalaire
• Hire of an electric Mini-Moke.
• Butler services, Chef in residence.
• Massage, beautician, hairdresser, sports coach.
• Laundry services : (washing and/or ironing) 50€ per hour (excluding dry cleaning, delivery within 24H)
• Supplementary hour of cleaning 30€ per hour (beyond the included number of hours)
• Covering service 60€ per hour (from 19H00)

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Booking is definitive upon signature of the contract and payment of a 25% deposit of the rental amount.
• Payment of the balance 90 days before arrival.
• Cancellations 90 days or more before the arrival date: Loss of the deposit.
• Cancellations between 45 and 90 days before the arrival date: Loss of 50% of the rental amount.
• Cancellations 45 days or less before the arrival date: Loss of the entire rental amount.
